$175.00 Canadian funds + GST for one attendee up to and including the March course, thereafter $195.00
per attendee (+ GST)
(Canadian Business Aircraft Association members receive a 5% discount on all courses)

Option Two - CRM Trainer
Train the Trainer - a two day course teaching platform skills and techniques to motivate everyone in the workforce for safe behaviours. NOTE - pre-requisite must have attended the one day CRM Basic course
Dates available are:
$750.00 Canadian funds + GST for one attendee up to and including the March course. For September and
later, $1,150.00 per attendee (+ GST)

Option Three - CRM Custom Design
To meet your organization’s unique specifications we will create a Human Factors/Company Resource Management course custom designed for you.

Initial & Recurrent Human Factors training for all departments
Breaks with complimentary Tea, Coffee, Juice and Lunch
Topics include: Attitudes and Behaviour, Human Factors, Communication Skills, Workload Management, Team Building and Maintenance, Problem Solving, Decision Making, the Relationship of Company Members, dealing with conflict in the workplace. Occurrence reports are examined to learn from both the successes and failures of others.
SPECIAL BONUS: This training will cover the Canada Labour Code requirement to train employees on their rights and responsibilities under the CLC as well as the requirement to train employees with respect to a harassment free workplace.
